How to use the online course

Welcome to your 12 Step Anxiety Program!

The course is divided into 6 weeks worth of content, covering all 12 steps within the program. You can go through it at your own pace and will have lifetime access to the content, meaning you can re-watch any videos where you feel it's necessary.

There will be spaces dedicated to "reflections" that are intended to be completed at the end of each week, but can equally be done as and when you get to them. The image below shows the planned course outline:


Each week of the course has it's own accompanying digital workbook. These workbooks are designed to be downloaded to your laptop, where you can fill in your answers to the questions - just make sure to press save each time you edit it! Once you've downloaded a workbook, save it somewhere that you'll be able to find it again if you want to come back to it.
