The program has been designed following the principle of psychosocial education - creating positive change through increasing understanding of our emotions, behaviours and responses.

With that in mind, you might find it useful to create your own "personal goal" for the program.
This doesn't have to be anything drastic, and could be as simple as "to learn more about why I feel the way I do", but having a goal that is specific to you is likely to make the program more meaningful and more useful as we progress through the content.
The link below takes you to a very quick form, where you can fill out your personal goal, as well as rating yourself on a few specific course objectives. Your answers will be stored securely and will be completely private, so be completely honest with where you're at right now. You'll get a chance to reflect on the same questions at the end of the course, which can be a great way to track progress.
